In the last two blogs, I referred to the International Maxwell Certification event that I attended as a member of the Maxwell Certified Leadership Team.
On the first day of the event, Mark Cole the CEO of the Team said, “Be the one.” Mark elaborated by stating,
- Be the one that develops the leader within.
- Be the one that takes the journey.
- Be the one that counts.
- Be the one that engages.
- Be the one that stands on the shoulders of others.
- Be the one that stands in community with others.
- Be the one that steps up to success.
- Be the one that steps into significance.
What does all this mean? Over the next several blog posts, I will share my thoughts and expand on what each of these means to me.
